THE H84

Wishing to continue your inner work through deepening and optimal anchoring? Targeting in depth progress on yourself but lacking the time and/or the desire for a step-by-step journey over 12 or 18 months, I adapted to create the H84 concept.

Quite simply, it involves working within a group of 12 to 14 people, ignoring all social and societal barriers, for 7 consecutive days in total immersion.
The days are divided between AEMD therapy sessions in an aquarium, group debriefings and sharing around archaic as well as instantaneous emotions.

This week of authenticity, heightened emotional life, and fulfillment will allow you to meet yourself in a rare place and to permanently change your reading and relationships with yourself as well as with others.
In order for this week to bear optimal fruit, I provide two one-hour individual sessions with each participant before participating in H84, in order to best define what each participant is looking for, and to be set in the best conditions.

The H84 is fully provided by myself, with the help of another AEMD therapist.
